Twenty Grand and Other Tales of Love and Money - Rebecca Curtis Not entirely sure what I think of this collection. Most of the stories aren't exactly stories, but very dreamlike snippets from the lives of troubled young women. In most of the stories, not much happens, and I'm left with the impression that not much will happen to these women. That said, I do feel like Curtis has real talent. The scenes she sets are vivid, and her character do feel real. But neither the scenes nor the characters appeal to me. Simply not for me.
