It's an improvement over the last few volumes, but still uneven. There are some interesting ideas, and the Blackest Night issue focusing on the Wilson family is especially good. But let's face it, this is kind of a weak roster, particularly the now powerless Kid Devil and a too old for the Teen
Titans Bombshell. Besides, Bombshell's constant bickering with everybody has gotten old. I'm especially unhappy with Jericho's eyes suddenly and inexplicably growing back, probably just because the writer wanted to use him and his abilities in the story. It is getting better, but what the Titans really need is a new roster.
