Wow. I greatly enjoyed reading I Don't Want to be Crazy, the memoir in verse by the same author. But this, a novel in verse, is even better. It's a portrait of grief and love, both so intense to take the meaning from everything else. And it's also about beginning to move on. It's intense and absorbing and incredibly, beautifully written.
